What is floor?
People place funded rewards at real places. You walk to one, verify that you’re there and follow the claim steps to collect.
Do I need a wallet already?
No. Privy creates a wallet for your login. Open Rewards to view your balance or send it to another wallet. Creating and funding drops on the web uses a connected wallet.
Do I have to post on X?
No. Sharing is optional. You can collect without an X account.
When does my reward arrive?
Your claim shows its current status. Some checks are automatic; flagged claims need a person to review them. A submitted claim is not a paid claim.
Can I come back to an unfinished claim?
Yes. Reopen the drop and continue your claim. You shouldn’t need to repeat a successful verification just because you switched apps.
When does my photo appear on the wall?
Public photos go through safety checks. A photo may be held for review, so it does not necessarily appear as soon as a reward is paid.
Does floor track me in the background?
The app uses foreground location for nearby drops and verification. Verification trails are retained for claim review and abuse checks. There is no background location tracking.
What happens to photo location data?
Location metadata is removed from the public wall copy. Original uploads are kept privately for processing and review.
Where does the reward money come from?
The person creating the drop funds a vault contract. The drop shows the reward and the number of collections available.
Can I place a drop?
Yes. Choose a location and reward on the web, then fund it through the deposit flow. Simply transferring tokens to the vault does not fund a specific drop.
Why are there no drops near me?
Drops depend on people creating them. You can explore other places on World or create a drop in your area.
How do updates work?
iPhone builds arrive through TestFlight. Android APK users can install a newer APK over the existing app. Some updates download inside floor and apply when you reopen it.
How do I delete my account?
Use Delete account in the app’s You tab, or follow the account-deletion page linked below.
