first steps.

1. 01

   Get floor and sign in

   Install the phone app and sign in. Allow location access when you’re ready to verify a drop.

2. 02

   Find a drop

   Choose a nearby drop on the map. Check its reward, opening time and remaining collections before heading out.

3. 03

   Walk there and verify

   At the spot, start verification and stay there while floor checks your location. This takes about 20 seconds.

4. 04

   Take your floor photo

   Follow the claim steps in the app. Sharing on X is optional. If you leave midway, return to the drop to continue your claim.

5. 05

   Check your reward

   Your claim shows whether it is being checked, needs review or has been paid. Open Rewards to see your balance and send it to another wallet.
